Today I'm taking you along on one of my favorite food adventures in Bangkok. I spent the day with Canadian chef Andrew Martin, who has lived in Thailand for over a decade and built his career around Thai cuisine. Rather than heading to tourist hotspots, he brought me to the places where chefs actually source fresh ingredients, and to his own personal favorite eateries in the city. Our first stop was the remarkable Or Tor Kor Market, one of the cleanest and most impressive fresh markets I have ever visited.
